Joining the FTB Neighborhood Association is simple and affordable. Your $10 annual dues help fund events like block parties, seasonal cleanups, and other initiatives that keep our streets welcoming and our neighbors connected.

Ways to Help

Cleanup Days: Pitch in to clear sidewalks, pick up litter, and beautify common areas.

Block Parties & Events: Help plan activities, set up decorations, serve food, or take charge of fun neighborhood games.

Meeting Minutes & Documents

Curious about what happens at our Association meetings? We believe in transparency and want every resident to stay informed—even if you can’t attend in person. Meetings are currently held quarterly. Upcoming meetings are scheduled May 19th at 6:30 PM, September 15th at 6:30 PM, and November 17th at 6:30 PM, hosted at Shawnee Library.
